Total Allotment Time: 2hrs. Principle Tasks: Planting out violas. Planting out a meadow cranesbill. Lifting a third of the remaining plastic sheeting to allow the air to dry it out a bit before forking over.
Hi Jimmy. Looking him up, I think now that he might be a froghopper (of the 'cuckoo spit' fame). I'm not sure though. He was similar, but not quite.. One thing I did learn was that there are more leafhopper species worldwide than all species of birds, mammals, reptiles, and amphibians combined - amazing! :o)

I was exaggerating a bit when I said 'cloudy with ants', but one year in particular I do remember them being almost of plague proportions - it must of been an ideal one for them.
