Hi Jimmy. It's taking longer to open as I'd hoped - maybe it's these colder nights we've been getting? Hopefully by the end of the week it should be fully open - just in time for the return of the sun (said with crossed-fingers) :o)
Yes, I hope it's not some ignorant farmer, or teenager with an air-rifle, that's seen to the birds. By the sounds of it the signal may of stopped moving - could it of simply dropped off I'm wondering?
No frosts down here yet, although we have been skirting the 10 degrees Celcius mark of nights, which is making it feel chillier - lovely sunny weather this last week during the day though.
