I'm glad to report that my mum agreed (she had them for her Sunday dinner). From certified good (i.e. organic) Scottish stock, if you remember? I certainly will!

I was also 'watching' a tree of the same family (but with yellow fruit). Unfortunately, I mostly missed my chance (kids had gotten to them and used the majority as missiles). Worse luck for them, I reckon :o)
