Cheers, Jimmy. Yes, the wire is already looking ropey in places, but as it's only really for demarcation, I'm not too worried. I might well opt for a change in a few years time, when things are up and running.
My mum (my main 'sponsor' in the project :o) ) is willing to help buy me a cheap shed, but although this would be the easy option, I'm worried that it might look out of place on what is very much a 'do-it-yourself' allotment site (even my neighbours professional looking corragated-iron job is from scrap). If I can resist the temptation of a ready-made, I'll also have a go at botching one. Summer will hopefully give me plenty of time to prepare it's siting and get one up in time for the autumn rains.
I found it hard work in January to find the motivation to get up to my new allotment, but yesterday I really enjoyed my 2 3/4 hours up there, so I'm hoping to find my enthusiasm for it will continue to return. Fingers-crossed! :o)
