# 0363Total Allotment Time: 3 & 1/2hrs. Principle Tasks: Constructing perimeter raised bed (unfinished). Cultivating soil on 'clear' areas between gate and veg strip with a three-pronged hand cultivator (principally to break up surface capping).
They nip, eh?! If I had known this I might not of been so keen to pick it up and deposit it amongst the flowers (especially after disturbing it trying to take it's pic!) :o)
Glad to hear the trimmers work well - would be worth giving the blades a spray with the old WD40 after each use though (I've found it's the only way to keep my £2.50 Tescos hand shears from rusting up within five minutes of putting them down). I'm sure the old way is better for the biceps ;o)
