Total Allotment Time: 3 & 1/2 hrs.
Principle Tasks: Planting out 10 pre-chitted main crop potato 'Arran Victory' into VB01. Moving the two globe artichoke offset/seedlings that I was given last year from the border bed into VB04. Applying a 5cm deep mulch (B&Q's Organic Soil Improver - 100l for £4.99) to the gate end of insect-attracting border bed, top (gate) end of VB01 (around the broad beans) and around the newly planted globe artichokes in VB04. Harvesting broccoli and radishes.

Limnanthes douglasii ~~ I have looked it up because I did'nt know what kind of plant it was.Seems a valuable plant and also very attractive :o)
Border L-bed looks tidy with the mulch on, I must also still do that.
