Thanks. Risking becoming boring yet again (oh, how my friends are despairing of me!) I'm waiting on a specialist appointment on the 16th to hopefully get a step closer to finding up what's up with me. Something to do with my "hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis" whatever that might be :)

Thanks Jo. I really felt privileged to be there (no pun intended :) ) when the new 'cast' (a small off-shoot swarm) was introduced.
