Your Hyacinth is also amazing for January - I think it's a pink one. Behind the Hyacinths are that Carnations?
A friend of me have little birds in here garden how crazy is that?

Hi Jimmy. I think I remember that the chap who gave me the bulbs got them from the council tip-off pile (the local authority contractors have a key to the site, and dump all their has-beens) so I'd be surprised if it was an indoor one, but you might be right. I definately remember planting them at the same depth.

I'm certainly having a good go, ain't I? :o) According to the till-lady I spoke to, it closes on the 28th :o(

Let's hope so - but looking at that pic of the whitebeam that I posted tonight, with it's two plane trails in the sky, I'm one of those who's fast losing hope that it's anything but man-caused :o( I'd much rather content myself with 2" diameter onions :o)
