Hi Jimmy. I'm certainly trying to justify myself spending all this money on 'bound-to-rot' timber-edging and chipped bark! :o)

I'll hope to take a pic of the hardwood cuttings that I took of the blackcurrent bushes that I planted out last month next time I visit the plot - hopefully tomorrow, if I can overcome my hangover, that is :o)

Best Regards,
Tim :o)x

Hi Tim,
why are you trying to justify the spending you do for the plot .
There is nothing wrong about - it is great that you spend so mush of yourself in the plot. And you are doing great :0)
Regards,
Rita

ahh.. thanks Rita :o) I guess it's only that I seem to be spending more money on the plot than most, and unfortunately the allotmants where I am are very 'open' (ie. they have no security of any kind). Sadly we have a growing 'yob' culture in this country which seems to take delight in vandalising effort out of the ordinary :o( Hopefully mine will go unnoticed though :o)
