Total Allotment Time: 3hrs.
Principle Tasks: Planting out 2 tomato 'Shirley F1 Hybrid' (sown ?) and 4 tomato 'Darby Striped' (sown ?) into VB03. Planting out around the toms a dozen french marigolds (variety unknown) that my friend's mum gave me on saturday just gone. Planting out a tansy (Tanacetum vulgare) amongst the sweet peas. Planting out a Curly-leaved Parsley (Petroselinum crispum var. crispum) into the border L-bed (Sown 21.01.07).

Potted on 2 cape gooseberry 'Little Lantern' (sown 13.03.07) into 13cm plastic pots.

Notes From Home 12/04/07
Sowed one small tray of celery 'Lathom Self Blanching Galaxy'.
Potted on 3 of the tomato 'Darby Striped' (sown 03.03.07, pricked out 11.03.07) into 13cm plastic pots.
Sowed 3 seeds of courgette 'Parador F1 Hybrid' into 9cm plastic pots.
PS. On a flying visit to the plot (total time under 10mins) I discovered that the first early 'Orla' potatoes have begun to show! I decided to give them a covering of horticultural fleece to err on the safe side (frost's not forecast, but better safe than sorry).

Pricked out 15 seedlings of Tomato 'Darby Striped' (sown 03.03.07) into assorted 7.5 & 9cm pots.
Potted on 5 seedlings of Sunflower 'Italian White' (sown 19.02.07) into assorted 12cm pots.
