Hi Jimmy. Yes, the old compsot heap takes up a fair bit of room, and much of it is topsoil I suspect (I've a feeling a previous tenant surcumbed to the temptation of making beds simply by skimming of the turf and pileing (spelling doubt :o) ) it up here. I'll find out when I come to level it off. Should I leave it again until the spring (just in case there are reptiles nesting in it, is the question?). Maybe I should?
