Hi Rita! The apology should come from me, and it does - I've recently missed answering a couple of your comments here, and I've not yet kept to the promise I made myself to revisit yours - sorry.

That's a good question! It's surprised me how long it's taken for mine to come into flowering. I planted them out as seedlings on May 18th last year, given to me by my alloment friend David, who I guess must of sowed them 4 to 8 weeks before, so, yes, they could well be over a year old. Well, worth the wait anyhows - I had some for my supper again tonight and they were delicious! :o)

Best Regards,
Tim :o)x
PS. I've been having PC problems tonight (my mouse just died on me! :o( and it took ages finding my original one). It's meant I've fallen behind on writing up today's post, so I might have to leave replying to your other comments until tomorrow - sorry.. again :o)
